Struggling to pay your bill? We’re here to help If you're struggling to pay your bill, we've got lots of ways we can help you. You may be eligible for a discount of up to 50% off your water bill if your household income is less than £23,993 or someone receives Pension Credit, and your bill is more than 3% of your household income after paying rent or mortgage. Our online eligibility checker will tell you which financial support schemes you may be eligible for. If you’re not eligible for one of our schemes, we can set up a payment plan with payments you can afford.
Do we have your correct contact details? While you're logged in, please check that we have the correct telephone number for you, so we can keep you updated if there's an incident affecting your water supply. It's also a good idea to update how many people are living in your home. This helps us understand how we can best help in an emergency, plus if you have a water meter, we can spot if your water bill is high compared to similar households.
